Rhubarb Pie
Ingredients

Rhubarb | 400g |
Eggs | 2 |
Cream | 20cl |
Sugar | 75g |
Pie Dough | 1 |
Instructions
- Wash, peel and cut the rhubarb in 1cm pieces
- Mix the eggs, the cream and the sugar in a bowl
- Spread the pie dough and put it in a pie dish
- Make small holes on the dough with a fork
- Spread the rhubarb at the bottom of the dough
- Cover with the liquid eggs mixture
- Bake for 45min at 180°C
